Vinification & Aging
- Style: Made in the classic Provençal style, aiming for a fresh, aromatic, and elegant profile.
- Process: Grenache grapes specifically selected for rosé production are used. The juice is obtained through a very gentle and quick direct press of the whole clusters to extract a pale color and delicate aromas, avoiding the extraction of bitter tannins.
- Fermentation: Fermentation is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and intensity of the fruity and floral aromas. It is not aged in oak barrels.
