Vinification & Aging
- Process: The wine is vinified with a focus on expressing the ripe fruit character of Merlot from the San Vicente Valley terroir.
- Aging: It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. This aging process integrates the fruit flavors with complex notes from the wood, adding structure and smoothing the tannins.

Tasting Notes
- Appearance: A deep and clean ruby red color with violet reflections.
- Nose (Aroma): High aromatic intensity. Presents a complex bouquet where notes of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) and black fruits (plum, blackberry) predominate. These are elegantly integrated with secondary aromas from the oak, such as vanilla, chocolate, caramel, and a subtle hint of smoke.
- Palate (Taste): A dry wine with a soft and approachable entry. It features round, friendly tannins and balanced acidity. It is a medium-to-full-bodied wine where the fruit and oak notes are well-balanced, leading to a long and pleasant finish.
