Tasting Notes:
- Sight: Deep crimson red with violet hues and high color density.
- Nose: Complex and elegant. Aromas of black cherry, currant, blackberries, and raspberry, with notes of violet flowers. Fine herbs such as rosemary, clove, and eucalyptus are present alongside spices like black and white pepper. Hints of oak, nutmeg, vanilla, and cacao.
- Palate: Full-bodied and unctuous. It is a dry wine with vibrant fruit, fresh acidity, and warm alcohol. The tannins are ripe, polished, and present, providing a velvety texture. The aftertaste confirms notes of black fruit, subtle caramel, fine herbs, and spices.
Food Pairing: Harmonizes well with fine cuts of meat such as Tomahawk, Porterhouse, and Pork Belly. Also pairs with lamb chops, beef or pork ribs, slow-cooked preparations, and mature cheeses.
