- Vinification: The entire vinification process occurs in new French oak barrels (Vinification Intégrale® method).
- Aging: 18 months in 100% new French oak barrels.

- Serving Temperature: 17-19°C (63-66°F)
- Cellaring Potential: Up to 10 years.
Tasting Notes:
- Sight: Deep garnet color with ruby and violet rims.
- Nose: Intense and expressive. Floral notes of violet, fresh cherry, red bell pepper, and dried chili. Presents pleasant minty and herbaceous notes with hints of licorice and black pepper.
- Palate: A soft entry with very polished tannins. Dense on the mid-palate with a long, elegant tannic structure. It is a classy and balanced wine with extraordinary aromatic complexity and a finish of red fruits.
Food Pairing: Recommended with grilled red meats, duck breast, lamb, game meats, dishes with rich sauces, and aged cheeses.
