Winemaking Method: Cold stainless-steel fermentation.
Process: Grapes are harvested in the early hours to capture freshness, gently pressed, and fermented at low temperatures to preserve fragrant fruit and floral aromatics. Residual sugar is intentionally maintained to balance the wine’s natural acidity and enhance texture.
