Vinification:

 

• Grapes: Blend of Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah.
• Harvest: Grapes are hand-picked to ensure quality.
• Process: A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve fresh, fruity aromas. It is not aged in barrels.

Tasting Notes:

 

• Color: Medium intensity salmon pink, clean and bright.
• Nose: Intense and straightforward, with aromas of fresh red fruits like strawberry, cherry, and raspberry, accompanied by floral notes and a light citrus touch.
• Palate: A dry, medium-bodied wine with fresh, vibrant acidity. It confirms the fruit notes perceived on the nose, with a clean and persistent finish.
