Nami Junmai Daiginjo is the pinnacle of the line. As a Junmai Daiginjo, it is brewed using only rice, water, yeast, and koji, with a rice polishing ratio (Seimaibuai) of at least 50%, ensuring only the cleanest, most starch-rich part of the grain is used.

Tasting Notes

  • Appearance: Crystal clear and brilliant, with subtle silver highlights that denote its exceptional purity.

  • Nose (Aroma): Highly aromatic and refined. It opens with intense fruity notes of Asian pear, green apple, and honeydew melon, followed by delicate white floral undertones and a soft hint of sweet steamed rice.
