• 24% Merlot

Winemaking:

• Aging: 18 months in barrels.

Analytical Data:

• Alcohol: 12.5% ABV

Tasting Notes:

• Sight: Mature cherry color, medium-low layer, clean and bright.
• Nose: Aromas of blueberry jam and ripe raspberries; characteristic notes from the barrel, such as butter, cocoa, chocolate, and leather.
• Palate: Juicy and balanced, with well-integrated tannins that highlight its personality. Round on the palate with good persistence.

Food Pairing:

• Ideal with beef carpaccio with parmesan, soft and creamy cheeses, and desserts like cheesecake.
