Tasting Notes:
- Sight: Intense, dark cherry red color with a violet rim.
- Nose: Warm and floral aromas, with notes of violet, cherry liqueur, and cumin.
- Palate: A full-bodied wine with velvety tannins. Presence of black fruit with a finish of dried fruits and nuts.
Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled cuts of meat, red meat, pork, bone marrow, complex or fatty dishes, and dark chocolate-based desserts.
